The PX3 SDK is the standard, packaged: everything an organization needs to run PX3 governance on its own body of knowledge.
- Schema specification — the three tiers, the document types, the identifier grammar, supersession and conflict rules. (Held until its gates clear.)
- Document templates — the eight working shapes, ready to copy.
- Conformance validator — a CLI that answers one question: is this corpus PX3-conformant?
- px3-mcp — an MCP server that exposes a governed corpus to AI agents with tier-aware scoping: the working layer is agent-actionable, the consistency layer is read-only, the structural tier is not exposed at all.
The boundary is simple: a component ships if it helps you run PX3 on your corpus. The machine that runs it at the source stays private.
The standard is open; the machine is ours.
The repository link lands here when v1 opens — its release gates are named in the working record, and they have not cleared.
