Phase two lands. The [library](/library) becomes a real shelf: every artifact
carries the SHA-256 of its served file, and the first resident is aboard — the
memory-flow map, one self-contained file, verify-don't-trust. Beside it,
[the proof](/proof): the standard's Bitcoin anchor with the downloadable
`.ots` and a walkthrough anyone can run. The publishing gate earned its keep
on the way — it stopped the first artifact, and the fix sharpened the rule
instead of loosening it.
