OKF v0.2 landed July 24 — five trust signals (provenance, trust, freshness,
lifecycle, attestation), all additive, all opt-in. The bundle follows: version
bumped, and the governance field renamed `status` → `px3_status`, because v0.2
claims `status` as its lifecycle vocabulary (`draft` / `stable` / `deprecated`,
absent = stable) and the PX3 state is a different axis — governance, not
lifecycle. Non-stable entries now carry both. The format stays vocabulary;
PX3 stays the law above it.
