**Opened 2026-08-14, by the Source's ruling — and verifiably unchanged.**
This entry existed before the file did anything public: it carried the
SHA-256 of a map nobody could fetch. The file now serves at the `artifact`
path above; hash it and match it against this entry. The map you can read is
byte-identical to the map that was promised. Proof before product, applied
to the shelf — and then the product arrived.

The schema specification's text remains held; the map draws the structure,
not the spec.

**This is the kernel's map** — the content-agnostic core that runs today.
The full-system map — the whole machine, SDK included — is a different
artifact: it arrives with the SDK's release, and it will land here the same
way this one did. Hash first, file second.

*Revised 2026-08-14: the light-posture comparison toggle removed (a proof-era
affordance, not chrome), and Escape now steps out the way you'd expect —
closes whatever is open, then backs out. The content address above updated
with the revision.*
