The index lifts, in the written order: the raw bundle and the feeds went header-noindexed first — they’re for agents and readers, not search snippets — then the screens opened to crawlers, with canonical addresses, a sitemap, and a proper card for every link preview. The transmitter no longer waits to be pointed at. It can be found.

The stamps lift; the kernel map opens

Two rulings from the Source. Every served page flips to published — the full-site release review ran, and the chrome now tells each page’s truth instead of a blanket apology. And the kernel map opens: its entry pre-committed the file’s SHA-256 while the file was withheld; hash what you can now fetch and match it yourself. Promised, then delivered, provably unchanged. The schema’s text stays held — the map draws the structure, not the spec. And the shelf’s class gets its true name: the documents are the artifacts; the explorable renders are maps, served under /maps/.

The memory layer gets its home

The other half of the answer gets an address: the memory layer — what exists, where it goes, and the map that draws it. The standard’s screens now link their own surfaces (philosophy, map, SDK, proof, spec from one place), and the downstream screen names both layers. The site starts reading like the system it describes.

The shelf and the proof

Phase two lands. The library becomes a real shelf: every artifact carries the SHA-256 of its served file, and the first resident is aboard — the memory-flow map, one self-contained file, verify-don’t-trust. Beside it, the proof: the standard’s Bitcoin anchor with the downloadable .ots and a walkthrough anyone can run. The publishing gate earned its keep on the way — it stopped the first artifact, and the fix sharpened the rule instead of loosening it.

Revival — rails, audit, new skin

The build wakes up. Safety rails first: version control, with the publishing rails checked on every commit. The bundle audited page by page — stale hold reasons corrected, every page checked against the publishing rails. Then the skin: one amber ink at four intensities, field-manual register, the tower where it belongs. A now page and this log join the bundle — the semi-live layer.

Added the SDK and portal pages; the human layer rebuilt as a full site projecting the same bundle. Agents read /raw; humans get HTML. The bundle is the product — the site is a projection of it.
